• make sure your browser is set to print background colours
Internet Explorer - Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Printing > tick the box that says 'Print background colors and images'
• requires Adobe Acrobat Reader - get it here • you can download the PDF by clicking it and selecting 'save this file to disk' - the file is 19kb.
You do not need to save it to be able to print it.
How to print
Click the print icon located on the toolbar of your browser >

Click on the 'File' menu and select 'Print'
